We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including:

• Device and technical data: device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, device identifiers (as permitted), and diagnostics
• Usage data: screens viewed, interactions (likes/comments/follows/connections/shares), session timestamps, feature usage, and log data
• Crash and performance data: crash logs and performance metrics to improve reliability

1.3 Location Data

Crèma supports location features, such as tagging cafés or places, which are essential for discovering the coffee community around you.

• Precise location (optional): collected only if you enable location permissions and use location-enabled features like "Check-in" or "Find nearby cafes"
• Approximate location: may be inferred from your IP address

1.4 Contacts (Optional)

If you choose to connect your contacts to find friends and fellow baristas on Crèma, we may process contact identifiers solely to provide this feature. You can revoke access at any time via your device settings.

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide and operate the Service (profiles, coffee feeds, posting, messaging, professional networking)
• personalize content and recommendations (e.g., suggested baristas to follow, relevant coffee posts)
• enable location tagging and place-related features
• maintain safety, security, and integrity (detect spam, fraud, and abuse)
• communicate with you (service announcements, security alerts, support responses)
• analyze and improve the Service (debugging, analytics, feature performance)
• enforce our Terms and comply with legal obligations

3) How We Share Information

3.1 With Other Users and the Public

Crèma is a social platform. Information you share may be visible to others depending on the Service design and your settings, including your coffee experience, preferences, and posts.

You can access and update your profile, delete posts, manage notifications, and disable location permissions through the app or device settings. You can request account deletion by emailing hello@pbd.team.

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period.

Crèma Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Crèma. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

You own the content you post on Crèma. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the Crèma community.
